A Purist's Devotion
Purist Patisserie is a boutique patisserie located in the heartlands of Singapore.
Using quality ingredients and a bit of creativity, we hope to create treats that you'll love.
It all started from a simple chocolate chip cookie, baked for a loved one while our owner was still in a different career and a different life. From this modest cookie, something blossomed into a sense of purpose and desire to learn more about the craft of pastry making.
Purist is started to prove that good pastries do not have to be snobbish nor elitist. That they could be fun and delightful for everyone. All cakes are designed by our very own Chief Pastry Officer (CPO) and put together with quality ingredients and a whole lot of heart.
Because some calories are worth it.
We love experimenting with new exciting flavours. That's why you will notice that the menu changes from time to time.
The only thing that stays constant? Our philosophy towards quality in the things we do.

Raspberry. Peach. Lychee.
Skip through the land of romance with fruity blooms & flowery blossoms, tart berries balanced with sweet lychees & white chocolate to make for a peachy ending.
Jasmine rice. Mango. Coconut.
Wake up to the sound of waves crashing, with coconut in hand, feet in the sand, cocktail of mango and rice roasting around the bend.
Walnut cremeux. Walnut crumble. Melon mousse. Candied walnut. Vanilla sponge.
There is more to me than this, I thought. I broke free from my shell and started taking on different forms. The bodied milkyway, textural debris and a single candied planet. Orbiting around me was the aerated sun. She's good company.

Rose. Grapefruit. Pomegranate. Almond.
Prance and pose, be sweet like a rose. Grapefruit, pomegranate, have some of those. Pitter patter, kitty litter. Till the last bite, that's a little bit bitter.
Black pepper. Whiskey. Chocolate - Valrhona Araguani 72%.
At the table. Smokey black pepper mousse, Peated whiskey, and Dark chocolate. Let them draw you into a night at a hidden whiskey bar.
Hazelnut. Chocolate - Valrhona Nyangbo 68% & Valrhona Azelia 34%.
Taste the smoothness of pure Valrhona goodness along with timeless hazelnut delight. No words are necessary. Let it speak for itself.

Daily sell out item during our launch! This is pure decadent cookie for the chocolate lovers. Made with premium ingredients - french butter and Valrhona 59% chocolate and cocoa powder; and finished with a sprinkle of sea salt flakes.
Classic chocolate chip cookies

A pure classic. Comfort when you need it. This simple cookie was also the start of a learning journey for our own pastry chef.
Almond Financiers (Flourless)
Available in both Honey and Coffee flavours

The name financier is said to come from its traditional rectangular mold, which resembles a bar of gold.
Made to slightly crispy on the outside, yet light inside with a hint of honey sweetness.

Classic Choux Pastry with a twist! Bite sized delights, sprinkled with pearl sugar, make for a a snack you can't stop eating.

Come by and visit us at our outlet at Jalan Pelikat! We're in a cosy corner right next to the park connector. You could walk right in through the park at Hougang Ave 1 if you are taking public transportation.
If you are driving, it could be a wee bit confusing if you do not have Google Maps/GPS. So here is a quick guide:
From Upper Serangoon Rd,
turn into Charlton Rd, take the 2nd left onto Surin Ave. Keep going straight and turn right at Jln Samarinda. Almost there! Just go all the way in and turn left at the junction and you will see Purist Patisserie at the end!
Well on the bright side, parking is free so that's a plus!
